It is the third strategic acquisition made by Visma in a short period of time. “We are proud to welcome Yuki into our rapidly growing Visma family. In acquiring Yuki as well as through the recent acquisitions of Visionplanner and Nmbrs, Visma now offers the most complete and innovative accountancy cloud ecosystem in the Netherlands and Belgium,” comments John Reynders, country director of Visma Benelux.
Yuki, originally a Dutch accounting platform, has been managing offices in Flanders since 2014. The introduction of the Yuki self-learning accounting application set off an innovative wave in the accountancy market.
Over the past five years, Yuki has managed to double the number of users in Belgium each year. In 2019, over 20,000 Belgian companies were using the platform. Apart from the Netherlands and Belgium, Yuki is also active in Spain. This rapid growth did not go unnoticed by Visma.
Yuki will continue its business activities in Flanders under its current name as an independent organization. As part of the Visma family, it will collaborate with other Visma-owned companies in the accountancy ecosystem.
