Siemens invests in ICT service facility
Siemens, the German electronics group, has invested 500,000 euro in a new infrastructure and data center at Huizingen to support the new service organization Siemens Business Services, according to De Standaard newspaper.
Integrating data and speech, the center offers the user telecommunications, computer, software, network and associated services for a fixed monthly fee. Services are aimed at larger multi-site businesses to begin with although a second phase is aimed at widening this to small and medium sized companies.
