The British-based P&O shipping company has increased capacity on a North Sea route by putting an additional ship in service , online news sources report.

The chartered MV Lehola has begun operating a shared service between Hull (UK) and Europoort (Holland) and Hull and Zeebrugge (Flanders), with three sailings a week in each direction. It provides place for 75 freight units and 12 drivers.

In total the company has six mixed passenger/cargo and six cargo only ships on the routes between Zeebrugge and Europoort on the one side and Hull and Teesport on the other.
