New industrial site at Port of Antwerp is open for business

No fewer than 88 hectares of industrial space, situated at Europe’s 2nd-largest international port and in the center of Europe's biggest integrated petrochemical cluster. In just a few words, that’s what the new Churchill Industrial Zone at the Port of Antwerp (Flanders) has in store for a range of industry players.

The Churchill Industrial Zone offers 88 hectares of industrial space

Extremely well-connected

Thanks to its strategic location at the Port of Antwerp, the Churchill Industrial Zone is close to a major pipeline hub and dock complex. Moreover, the industrial space also offers direct access to a dense network of roads and railways as well as inland waterways. This opens doors for intermodal transport, among other opportunities.

A heart for sustainability

The Churchill Industrial Zone is particularly suitable for setting up manufacturing and processing activities that focus on the transition to a circular economy. To help develop and diversify its industrial platform in this respect, the Port of Antwerp is actively looking to involve sustainable industrial players.
