A digital innovation toolbox

The close collaboration between imec and CEA-Leti will be particularly evident in the development and testing of neuromorphic and quantum computers. These should deliver a digital toolbox for European industrial partners, which will enable them to innovate in various application domains: from personalized healthcare over smart mobility to new manufacturing and smart energy sectors.

Endless possibilities

"This new cooperation will help shorten the technological development time. For our European industry partners, this will create numerous new commercial opportunities", says Luc Van den hove, chairman and CEO of imec.

Emmanuel Sabonnadière, CEO of CEA-Leti, also sets the bar high. "Through this partnership, European industry can count on innovations in aviation, defense, automotive, industry 4.0 and healthcare.
