Ernst & Young recruiting 100 audit staff
Ernst & Young, the international accounting and consulting company, is recruiting an additional 100 staff for its audit division in Belgium, online news sources report.
The reports state that the recruitment campaign results from increased demand for audit service and audit-related services by US companies based in Belgium. This in turn has resulted from the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002 which tightened US securities laws following a string of corporate financial scandals.
