Dodge cars return to European market
DaimlerChrysler is to launch sales of its Dodge models in Belgium in 2006, De Tijd newspaper reports. It is some years since Dodge cars were last imported into Europe.
The cars will be offered as a cheaper alternative to Chrysler models already on the European market. They will be adapted to European conditions and will also be offered in diesel versions.
Meanwhile, DaimlerChrysler Benelux is investing 20 million euro in three large garages for Mercedes Benz trucks in order to improve client service. In addition it is investing 3.9 million euro in a fifth “Nearly New Cars Center” in Belgium.
